As the Manager of Social Media and Graphic Design at Barry Bagels I have spearheaded graphic design and social media for the company while developing cohesive branding and engaging content strategies. I have managed the creation and execution of visual content across social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives. This includes overseeing the scheduling and posting of content using tools like Hootsuite, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, optimizing reach and engagement. I communicate cross-functionally with multiple teams to integrate social media campaigns with overall marketing initiatives. I have mentored and coached franchise team members to foster creativity, professional growth, and adherence to brand standards. I am continuously staying up with current industry trends and technologies to drive best social media and graphic design practices.

I schedule posts to be published at specific times across multiple social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. This helps maintain a consistent posting schedule without needing to be online at the exact time. Hootsuite allows users to manage and monitor multiple social media accounts from one dashboard. This is particularly useful for businesses or individuals who manage accounts across different platforms.The platform provides tools to monitor social media conversations, mentions, and hashtags in real-time. This helps us to engage with their audience promptly and effectively. Using analytics tools to track the performance of social media campaigns, measure engagement metrics (such as likes, shares, comments), and generate reports. This data helped us understand our audience better and optimize their social media strategies.
